Casmir connects guests with verified hosts offering shortlet accommodation. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or listing a property, and to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
3. Bookings & Payments
Bookings made through Casmir are subject to the pricing, availability, and cancellation terms shown at the time of booking. Payment processing is handled through our supported payment partners.
4. Host Responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for maintaining the standard of accommodation described. Casmir reserves the right to review, approve, or remove listings.
5. Limitation of Liability
Casmir is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
